7 August is Aged Care Employee Day.
A national initiative hosted by the Aged & Community Care Providers Association, the day recognises the invaluable contributions of Australia’s dedicated aged care workforce. From nurses and lifestyle coordinators to support staff and beyond, these individuals tirelessly care for 1.5 million elderly citizens.
Doutta Galla CEO Glenn Rappensberg joins in celebrating his team and expressing gratitude to the over 370,000 aged care workers nationwide. We also celebrate the invaluable support of 63 staff members and volunteers through our Service Awards, recognising their impressive milestones of 25, 20, 15, 10, and 5 years of service.
Their long-term commitment and devotion epitomises the spirit of Doutta Galla and we thank them.
